On The Cross He Took My Place

Poetry Of The Cross By Ruthie

On the Cross He Took My Place
There on the Cross He took my place All of my sorrow, shame, and disgrace
From every sickness, and disease to be free A poor lost sinner how he loved me
He walked the road I was meant to go Carried the cross for my sinful woe
When I see the cross again I remember how much he loved each one Moved by compassion He sent His dear son
Jesus my Savior to earth you came For all to be redeemed in Your Holy Name
O’ what a glorious day You came to show Your children the way
You came to your own to bring salvation free All who would except Him even me
Teach us not to take for granted the price you paid As low in the grave you laid
Jesus you arose in triumphant sound Gave gifts to your children and mercies abound
All is provided for your very own If we ask for bread you will not give us a stone
You have poured out the living waters of life Delivered your children from sin and strife

His Cross Is Beautiful
O' God how awesome is your death on Calvary To think the King of glory died to save a soul like me
When I saw you there my Lord my heart was turned within How I longed my Lord to be brought home safely again
Into safe harbors and calm seas Safe in your arms Jesus though all eternity
I know by having faith in you that this can be Only You sweet lover of my soul can calm the storms in me
As I kissed your cross that day and I softly walked away My heart cried out for me there is no other way
How I long to see You Lord and hold onto your nail scarred hand There is no other way to salvation than that which has been planned Even though we may strive and strive to work out our own plan
Its only trusting in your cross that there is any hope for man
O' yes I love You Jesus my heart belongs to you Come and fill me with your Spirit and give me a heart that is true I must pick up my cross and daily walk with you
Trusting only in Your Holy Word and all you have given me Only and always before me your cross will I ever see
So I will ever trust you as to your cross I will cling I know to You only can I my faith bring O'Lord how You have caused my heart to sing For always and ever You will be my King

Follow The Lamb
Follow The Lamb (Revelations 7:17) For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away, all tears from their eyes
The Prophesy Come My beloved children of the Lamb follow Me wherever I go. I know where all the best places of rest and contentment are. Follow Me take your eyes off of man. He does not know the way only as he follows me. Again I say follow Me.
I was sent on that long ago Christmas Morn to show you the way. Look to Me follow my star! Come to graze in the fields of My Word. Come lie down in My shady green pastures. Come graze in the pastures I have for you. Where you will grow in my ways and in My timing. In the pastures where man is not seen, but the Presence of the Living God, is there to minister to you. Where personalities cease where talents stop. Where and only where My Spirit is the one that serves you.
There My children you will find joy, and peace, you have never known. There you will find the kindness, and compassion, our hearts are seeking for. There you will find an understanding ear, that will listen to what you have to say. I never tire nor become weary at hearing the voices of my children. I have many things to speak to you many treasure chests to open to you. I long to be your Teacher, your Prophet, your Singer, your all and all, your every thing how I long to be the center of your universe. You were made to have fellowship with Me, don’t you long for me too?
Let Me brush away every teardrop from your eyes? When those you have loved turn their backs on you and walk away. Let me be the one to hold you in my arms speaking soothing words of peace to you. I am your husband, I am your friend, I am the very lover of your souls. IAM is here be not dismayed or frightened. Do not say Lord no one cares for me I love you my darlings more than you can know, return to seeking me. Return to your first love! The one that will never leave you nor forsake you. Please let me love you?
